I'd like to know if anyone knows the name of the software the Rackspace operators use to 'talk' to you whilst browsing their site. I am looking for a similar solution. Bearing in mind the type of company RackSpace is perhaps I should also ask if you can list software 'like it' if the product they are using is in the $1000+ category

Liveperson starts at US$100/month/operator. We use Stardevelop Livehelp which is just as effective (and much more cost efficient).
