Ipower VPS, need opinions
Im looking the selection of Ipower vps's.
http://ipower.com/virtual.html
And I just noticed they upped their prices by 5 dollars, 10 dollars, and 35 dollars! (per the order of each plan on the page). This is actually a disappointing suprise because the 45$/mo VPS 60 is now 80 bucks!
Disregarding the new elevated prices that scare me, has anybody used them in the past? The main note is no guaranteed memory, I spoke with sales and they said youd average 512, but also didnt state what that avg was for, either the 1gig burstable plan, or the new 80$ 2 gig burstable plan.
Did your experience end up bad, and how so?
How was the server uptime? Did the processor power seem pathetic, did you run any benchmarks like stated on this thread, http://webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=409584
Overall i need some opinions on this host for vps packages. I dont know how I will deal with the new prices, as I was planning on the previous ones, but i wont be ordering for at least 4 weeks from now. Let me know what you think.

IPOWER is the way to go
Hey VideoJunky,
I have a dedicated server with IPOWER and I have never had an issues. Overall the service, support, and prices at IPOWER are great. My server has never been down and their tech. support cares about my websites. The deal they have for their VPS looks very good, even though the prices have gone up a little.
You should try their 30 day money back guarantee and see how it goes.
I was with ThePlanet before I moved my dedicated to IPOWER and it was a very smart move.
I hope you end up successful.IPOWERWEB, My Web Hosting Provider for OVER Four Years - IPOWERWEB
