Servage hosting?

Do they really do the things I saw on http://www.webhostingjury.com/reviews/Servage?
I mean delete files on your account or not allow you to run that many sql quesies.
If they really do I think I made a huge mistake in setting up an account with them.
I do not even know why I did it I man I am happy with bluehost.com.

I think the reason is I have not become addicted to testing and searching out web hosts.

We are a large web hosting company with more than 25000 websites hosted.

We strive to keep all our customers happy but unfortunately some customers may not like our services for one reason or the other. You will be able to find bad reviews of any major web hosting company. Keep in mind that not everything written on the Internet is true.

We do not delete customer files - it would be bad business to do so. The only cases where we remove files is if illegal material such as Ebay/PayPal/Bank spoof sites, child abuse or hollywood movies is distributed.

Any company of any decent size will have unhappy customers and there is the old customer service addage. If a customer is happy they will tell on average 2 people. IF someone is unhappy they will tell 20 people. Thats why you see more bad reviews than good reviews

hello guys,

we found this great forum yesterday trying to find what was wrong with the servage outtage.

we have only been with them a short time but have already got 50 domains up and running on 2 hosting accounts with servage.

the boards speed is really fast and support issues are dealt with in 1 hour in all cases 24 hours a day.

we are one of the biggest affiliate publishers in europe and are now expanding in to the rest of the world, saying that servage is a great hoster is an under statement on our parts and to have TWO cables cut in only 24 hours means it may have been an act of a 007 type of figure or really bad luck, lets hope its just really bad luck!

we do have utmost respect for them to fix these problems however!

best regards,

domain-holdings
