I have tickets open with you for weeks and even months, and finally when I decide to cancel, again the ticket has been open for WEEKS. I am not paying the invoice, as the server is being oversold. Please reply to my tickets, your support is VERY bad.

hmm...that sounds like a very bad support idea. Have you tried calling them?

I have VPS with X1Services too.
But I don't have any problem!
Support tickets are answered for me within a few hours.

I feel your pain to a lesser degree:

I'm done with the hassle. I have a hard time dealing with hosts that are unresponsive. Should they go that route I'll just cancel my current CC and file a chargeback. No need to stay aboard a company that won't even reply to your tickets.

Best of luck to you!
