We are going to launch an adult hosting site soon and therefore we need a designer with a good and creative looking portfolio that can create a website for us for at least 12 pages.
At the moment we do not have the budget to pay a lot because its just getting off the feet. My budget for this 12 pages site is $1,000. Of course a lot of kiddies are going to spam me with messages but I need quality work. Quality good looking brandable graphics, easy to navigate site and basically something a visitor would glance at least once and saw wow even if he doesnt buy the product. It does not have to some thing out of this world not Iwould like flashy stuff. Just some impressive sharp graphics and the a good overall structure.

As you can see above the site would have about 10 to 12 pages on it thats pure structure part. Support we are going to get a help desk software and there would be a billing management script so you would not have to make the order pages.
Since as you have seen it would be a pure adult hosting related site, so you should get the picture and the theme in your mind. We want the delicacy of soft side as well as hardcore element of the technologies and power.
I want this site off its feet and running the race track in about 7 days time. Although I would love to pay through wire transfer as I can manage it better through that but I have paypal (am verified) and I can pay through that.

I would need all the files at the end of the project and please make sure that I am able to use the files etc in MS frontpage.

Please no newbies quick money making kids. Im looking for professional designer who has a long standing good history at least for an one to two years at wht or on the field or ofcourse companies who can deliver.
I want straight work no BS as I want this new company to convert into sales. We are not new to hosting business and been in there for the last 4 to 5 years and I know the whole thing from upside down.
