Managed Hosting Suggestions

My father and I are starting a company that will eventually have several hundred if not thousands of clients online at a time.

I have no estimates as far as bandwidth usage and all that is concerned, but we'll be using a WordPress variation that uses the K2 theme and some medium-weight JavaScript as the main client "application" if that helps any.

What are some good hosts to look at? Preferably something based in or around Phoenix, AZ.

Let me know if you need more information, and thanks for the help!

What kind of budget do you have?

I'd imagine bandwidth usage on something text based would be fairly low, and of course you can use compression.

I take it you need fully managed where you just upload your site and it runs ?

Well, we're going to have a large amount of multimedia as well; audio, video, images, Flash presentations, etc.

Our budget is anything reasonable in comparison to the services offered... I'd say between 250 and 500 a month is within our reach at this point.

I would take a look around at different managed hosting companies. Smaller ones are typically a lot more flexible in what they can offer you and at what price. Also, some companies will give you a custom quote based on what you specifically need, multimedia hosting is a particular trick-bag as it uses a substantially larger amount of disk space and bandwidth than plain text/html.
