I've been with KnownHost for 3 weeks now and I thought I'd put up a review.
Performance: 10/10
KnownHost currently houses their servers in the Colo4Dallas data center. Colo4Dallas is well known for offering superb network performance and stellar support. My experience only affirms Colo4Dallas' reputation
The network performance has been consistently *excellent*. I have never really had a problem.
As far as the VPS itself, it has also had very good performance. The nodes appear to be undersold which is quite rare in the VPS market.
Support: 9.5/10
The KnownHost support team truly goes out of their way to help you. They respond very promptly (generally within *minutes*) and at the same time are very friendly. None of the responses ever looked as if they were 'canned', or generic. The staff members also appear to be very knowledgeable and know what they're doing.
Price: 9.5/10
The pricing is also very good. It's not too expensive, nor is it too cheap - it seems like they have struck a great balance. Apparently their servers are quite underloaded and it appears their pricing model allows them to do that which is great
I'd also like to add that my VPS was setup just minutes after I ordered it. A very good first impression too.
KnownHost is an awesome VPS host so far and as long as they keep up the great service I can really see this company doing well in the future
