PSM + kernel upgrade?

Has anyone ever had they're kernel upgraded using platinumservermanagement? I currently have CentOS 4.3 with a 2.6.9-34 kernel and need it upgraded to a 2.6.16 kernel, this is one of the reasons why I need to go with PSM.

(Note: I already asked them about this but they are taking a while to reply, so I was hoping to get a quicker answer from one of their customers here)

Also, do they work on sales during weekends, or saturdays? (If I pay now, will my account be setup this weekend?).

Thanks in advance for any help.

I see you stated 2.6.16. Make sure they upgraded you to 2.6.16.20 otherwise the kernel is vulnerable to exploits.

Also there is a kernel released by Jason B. from the redhat people that basically fixed the high load issue:

http://people.redhat.com/~jbaron/rhel4/RPMS.kernel/

Ahh...sounds interesting, I'm going to try it out. Thanks for the link, Steven
