Mac OS X 10.4 Server

Alright I have a Mac OS X 10.4 Server box here that I'm trying to host multiple websites off of. My question is what do I have to do for the DNS setup to have my domains work? The Domain and name servers point to the server, I've added the domain into the hosting section and now I just need to setup DNS.

As I'm not familiar with OSx on a server level, I found you a tutorial on how to install BIND on a Mac server.

All the software is already pre built into the OS as far as I know I just need to know what DNS entries to add.

I got the website DNS setup how ever FTP and Mail don't work, When ever you send an e-mail to rsmith@plexnetworks.com it sends a bounce back saying there is no address configured for that mailbox. I setup a user named rsmith for ftp and i enabled mail at the domain plexnetworks.com. Also when you connect to FTP you get a listing of Home and stuff it doesn't go into the folder I assigned for the home of that user I made ftp so it would only be the Home Directory for that user how ever its still listing the default 3 folders.
