Basically you can pick whatever you want, however much you want, however many you need. Just add up everything you need and that is your monthly payment. All accounts have a $10.00 setup fee.

Subdomains: 5 Subdomains = $1.00

You need, 1 GB disk space, 30 GB bandwidth, no subdomains, and 1 MySQL database.
Disk Space = $1.00 x 10 = $10.00
Bandwidth = $2.00 x 6 = $12.00
MySQL DB = $2.00 x 1 = $2.00
