One of my site is currently ranked at #2 on msn for term "Seo Friendly" and literally its seo freindly with googlebot and msn bots eating up over 1 gb bw each month here is screen shot for the stats of how much time googlebot and msn bot speds on the sites :

Well with that said we have forums running at

Its ranked #11 on google and hoping to remove its ranking soon.
