I was curious about Hosting Affiliate programs and Cost Per Action programs.

What hosting companies pay the most for leads/sign ups?

What companies have the best reputation for paying on time?

Are there any Game Server Companies that do paid affiliate programs? Are they reputable?

Google is your friend on this one. Many of the big hosts right now offer affiliate programs. Ones that come to mind:

There are hundreds though. Google will return most results.

I know http://www.dreamhost.com/ has an affiliate program with a $97 payout per customer if I am not mistaken.

Some hosts have payouts going on up to $125/acquisition. Check out CJ.com

I did RTFG...

All I saw was a bunch of sales pitches. I wanted some first hand accounts.

I was considering CJ, but I wanted to see if I was missing anything.
