What's going on VERSEHOST! Your server along with mine and many others have their site down since yesterday. There is no way of contacting you. but pm'ing you here.
As a reseller this is unacceptable especially when we don't know exactly what the problem is. Yes you responded to my pms but 3 of them remain unanswered.
I have no choice but to move on and find someone who is more reliable and at any moment notify their resellers/ about system troubles. My CC was recently charged so I don't know if a refund would be issued. I guess like they say, my loss is your gain.
Sorry, but I can't sit and wait here until you resolve your problems without any communication to us.
I'm sure I'm not the only one here wondering what's going on.
