Hi friends

I just got a dedicated server. The user id and details they sent are just a login
id n pwd and after doing that this is what I see.

overview | reboot | rescue | reverse dns | traffic | password | logout

Somehow I am not getting the response from my host anymore.
My problems:

When I drag the ip address displayed there in overview, in address bar,
I see confixx cpanel in german language.

I dunno what next has to be done.

Next:

I want to have dns servers for my server, which later they told that they
dont provide. I am a newbee... want urgent help pl.

Can anyone guide me pl.

Plus can I use reverse DNS to make my domain work with this ip ?

With your level of knowledge, you shouldn't have an unmanaged server. We all know managed costs more, but it will save you money and headaches in the long run.

ok, but there has to a user id and password assigned to me
so that i can login into confixx. Isnt it. May be they will send me an email.
