vBulletin Coder Needed

Hello,

I have a design (PSD/HTML) that I would like to have coded to work with vBulletin 3.5.4. I'm looking for a designer that has experience with vB. Some basic (mainly text) modification to the PSD is required.

I also need someone that can work quickly, as I have some deadlines to meet.
