Sr. you picked the smallest plan that has 200MB @ 4.99/mo / your database is over 450MB plus other files total above 800MB
Please view from the smallest plan to the largest plan for options you need, and you see what you get before you sign up. you requested to have 10 hosted domains on the smallest plan with no extra charge we edit your account with out problems and restore your site from your backup which you provided.
You asked us now to backup your web site so you can move to another host, the problem is you can not backup you files reason being you went over your limit within 3hrs STC hosting you. To help you out, we gave you a temp extra storage up to 2000MB so you can run your backup. Your now getting errors when backup one of your databases but others are fine.
I linked you to a 3rd party app., that you can use to backup any database via web. STC will help you all you need but you have been not litsening to the information that we provide you to use.
User very demanding and asking to have access admin panel, but STC still willing to help you out to backup and restore you on another hoster as STC will no longer provide you with hosting within our network.
