htaccess modrewrite question

I want to change my url with variables into a search engine friendly url.

My urls are like this--

http://www.foo.com/details.php?data=...&mun=botetourt

I would like that to look like--

http://www.foo.com/botetourt/real-estate/123456/1/

The 'real-estate' doesn't mean anything, I'm just putting it in there for SEO.

Can someone advise?

Thanks!!
