Take a look at Cartikahosting. They provide excellent windows services. Not sure if they support MS SQL 2005 though.

I am a big fan of Discountasp. As far as Windows .NET hosting goes, they are one of the better shared hosts out there.

One of the comments you made in your first email is that you wanted Unlimited FTP accounts. From my experience, no reputable windows host is going to provide unlimited FTP accounts. The security risk is just too high.
