I am currently searching for a webhost for my new up and coming project.

I am in need of the following:

Very little diskspace - 100-500mb
Bandwidth - Around 30gb or more

I have a budget of around $20 a month for this. As you can see I am in need of a high quality webhost, that doesnt sell high bandwidth and diskspace at a low price.

There are two hosts I could recommend.

WebOnce
I used to have my web site hosted there until I required ASP.NET. I don't remember having any downtime in the months I was there. Plus, they have PHP5, which was a big plus for me. Server was generally pretty fast. I don't think Jacob ever sleeps, so support was fast too.

ASPnix
This is where I'm hosted now. Their prices are a bit cheaper, but they seem very good so far. Support seems to reply usually in around 10-20 minutes. My last support ticket was answered in no more than 11 minutes. It's excellent especially if you require ASP.NET or some other language specific to Windows. They also have PHP4, Perl, and Python.

Your requirements Vs. price are very realistic, therefore I don't think you have any problems finding a good host, however keep in mind that high prices does not always mean a better service. I would say, just avoid those "too-good-to-be-true" ones if you don't feel comfortable. Just find one that you're comfortable with paying the price, and don't have much issues with the background of the company, perhaps that should work fine.

I can highly recommend you to www.medialayer.com, ran by WHT's very own elix. He's holding down a very tight ship and his servers are definitely top of the line. Don't let their site fool you - contact them for a custom package! I'm sure it won't hurt!

Good to see that there still are people out there for whom quality is allways on top.

At your current budget i dont think you'll have any trouble finding the right host for you.
