Reverse DNS entries for MX records
You need to setup Reverse DNS for your IP. Like 103.230.57.65.in-addr.arpa vortechhosting.com.

You don't have name server records for
NS.HOSTINWORLD7.COM.
NS2.HOSTINWORLD7.COM.
Thats what it is telling you.. In your dns you can make a NS Record like this
NS.HOSTINWORLD7.COM. = 127.0.0.1
NS2.HOSTINWORLD7.COM. = 127.0.0.2
Its not an A record but an NS record not sure how you do that in Plesk it should of done ti for you i think

Lame nameservers ERROR: You have one or more lame nameservers. These are nameservers that do NOT answer authoritatively for your domain. This is bad; for example, these nameservers may never get updated. The following nameservers are lame:
207.218.xxx.xx
I am lame haha

Only one fail here, and that says that there are only 2 name servers but 3 are recommended.

Blah, it warns me about stuff that doesn't even matter. I have reasons for setting the TTL to 5 minutes.
