Hi Everyone,

I am looking for:

- A fully managed dedicated server with Windows 2003 and Plesk 7.5
- 24X7 Live Support (and a bonus would be that they would support my customers directly too)
- That they will move all my customers from my reseller account to the dedicated server. They will do this for me.

I need all this, and I need it fast.

The windows provider I have now is discontinuing services and they will close on June 1st need to move all customers by then.

How many do you have to move?

Doing a Plesk >> Plesk migrate is quite simple so there should not be a problem for the host as far as that goes.

If you truly need fully managed and 24x7 support from a solid company, Rackspace.com is where it's at.

However..because you say that you are moving from a reseller account, I'd say it would be best to move to another. I haven't used them but HostNexus really does seem like a good host to me. Might be worth checking them out.

Of course you can have this done, most providers move a certain amount of accounts for you free of charge. We won't be able to recommend anyone until you help us narrow it down and tell us what kind of budget you have, and what kind of server you are looking for.. good luck.

Look for a provider with a certain Service Level Agreement for support. However, don't forget this might be pricey if you really want 24/7 support
