Is there any code i can use to gain players, or techniques i can use?

A code? Well it's not like a secret decoder ring or anything but advertise and exchange links. Spend some cash...

also ...... I would suggest you get rid of the loading flash. It wastes visitor's time. First time visitor has to see the "loading...." thingy for at least 15 to 20 seconds.

Another thing, show some games on your homepage. I see nothing right now - this is the only reason I don't want to sign up. Don't force user to log in to see what it is there that you have.

Pretty much the same as above, get rid of loading flash, and PUT ON IN-GAME SCREENSHOTS
