so you have 1 customer?? the server costs $95 a month and the customer pay $150 a year?? - what do you want for the customer?

...but after a quick look on LT's website, I dont see that server plan.

that server was a special for resellers this past month from LT. FYI they have not changed there transfer server cost which is now $100 to have it transferred form one account to another

I remember the OP'er asking for web design opinions less than two months ago. I think it is safe to assume this was a start up which is yet to 'get off the ground', per se.

I'm not asking a lot.
The webdesign is worth $500 alone, so that will be the bulk of the price.

LT servers generally come with either 1000 or 1200GB of Bandwidth a month

Plenty enough for a Webhosting comapany in all respects

What we want to know is

How many customers do you actually have ?? i see you have 1 paying Semi Anual which is good but how many monthly ???

Monthly Income to Outgoings so that we can all see the Profit or Loss your making???

And is there a possibility of buying your customer base off you instead of the whole Company , considering i have enough servers to cover everything right now but i could always do with extra customers

I'm pretty sure he answered this in the first post.

I had to use my brain a little bit, but the post says that he will be paying $95/month and that he has one semi-anual customer paying $75. That makes expenses of $1140 and income of $150 which is quite clearly a loss.

Also based on the fact that he said he has only one customer at $75 semi-anually and did not mention any cutomers monthly, this leads me to he has 0 monthly customers.

All this from my brain and it's still morning!

I am selling this to someone who wants to develop the company.
It has a super name, and a great design. It needs to be started up which I do not have time for!
