Looks good, although I would suggest having the mouseover ONLY change the background color, not jiggle the text as well.

Although, a the way cool hosting text in the header could be better

The site is very basic. The logo is alright. Not much pizzazz but it does the job it is intended to do. Couple things I would do is...

Take the drop shadow off the wording at the top (99% guarantee...etc)

And on the package tables...the red is hard to read against that blue...it really clashes and makes it hard to read.
