I’m selling my stock of,Google Adwords/ Yahoo overture credits.

I have about 150 links for yahoo, ($100) for $15. If you buy more then 5, they will be $10 each. (New setup accounts only)
I have 10 $52 Google AdWords coupons for $20 each. (Accounts must be new, or at least 14 days old)

For the google adwords ones, do I need yet another google account? or one that have never activated adwords before will do as well?

Do I need to deposit any more ontop of the coupon for google adwords? (IE: can I have just an account with $52 and no more)
