That opinions have of Liquidweb.com in servers with Windows?

www.intahost.net - although they do not advertise managed services; i am aware they offer them with either a Plesk or HELM setup for windows. (drop them an email and I am sure they can provide a quote)

UK based but might be ideal for what you are looking for.

You can also try www.HandyNetworks.com. Although they also do not advertise their managed services much but they are very Professional, experienced in Windows and true 24 x 7 support.

We had a Windows server with Handynetworks.com years ago, before we stopped doing Windows, and they were great to work with then.
