Question

Anyone got Refund from Vpsland.com

Hello,
Seems like their support team has vanished after i asked them to cancel my vps and issue a refund, I started 1 ticket with critical as its priority but that ticket also got no reply but just got deleted. I had asked for cancellation and refund 24 hrs ago and not a single reply other than we have forwarded it to billing, but mind it i had posted in billing area only .

So seeing this sort of support i think my decision to cancel the vps was absolutely right and i just want to know if anyone got any refund from vpsland in a situation like this, i just do not understand why do they say they offer 14 days money back guarantee when they dont bother doing the same when such a situation arises.

So if any vpsland support or owner is on wht do refund the money cause i was forced to cancel my subscription myself in paypal as they didnt bother doing that.

So if anyone deciding to go to vpsland.com i suggest you stay away till they get better support on thier team and actually start caring about customers.

Cheers.

man I tried cancelling with them two days ago and they have not responded either. I put in a support ticket a few hours before this and they said that they were closing it since they noticed I wanted to cancel.....but billing never said a word yet.

Luckly i just got my refund and since i can cancel via paypal i had cancelled after waiting 24 hrs for them to cancel. Wow talk about slow service. But alls well that ends well. Hoping you get your sorted out and if you paid via paypal cancel it yourself in paypal this will get their attention i hope.

True indeed !
I tried contacting the VPSLand team... But they never replied..
Their livechat is always offline...
They do not pickup the calls on their toll free number...
Really do not know the reason to it.

I find their rates really nice... And that is the reason I wanted to order with them.
If someone gets the slightest of replies from them, please do tell.

Oh mack if you prefer slow support they are best at it, for the price you pay. But there is one error in their ticket system try it if you like.

Submit a ticket , than press reload the ticket number changes and you get another email stating your new ticket has been submitted. Its weird though i thought it was just glitch but its a bug that exists in their support system so best to do is EMAIL them cause thats what i ended up doing , seems like no one looks at tickets there.

Their email is listed on their site so drop them(rather him Jeff) an email.

Cheers

Actually, I had a dispute with vpsland too, They Support seems to be slowest and inefficient. I didn't read good things about vps, Indeed Is on the list of VPS which I won't recommend to buy.

Well maybe they are closing down or something since i signed up with them cause people had good expereince with them, and only recently seems like their support has dissapeared.

LOL not a surprise!

I created a virtual credit card number through my credit card company, put it on my account and then cancelled the virtual number. Now they can't charge me. I put in a request for cancellation and it took over a week of submitting tickets daily for them to reply saying they cancelled it. I still did the above anyways to play it safe as I don't really trust them.

Try 911

And i hope they dont send me bill for next month cause i cancelled in my paypal and also go refund but at this rate they might just send me another bill or is it not possible anymore? cause i cancelled my paypal subscription, can they still charge me? I fear that they might be closing down and might run away with few extra bucks.

Geez. I just signed up to post my problems when I found this thread. Im going through the exact same ******** right now.

I've had a critical ticket for 2 WEEKS for a resinstall. They've responded too it but never actually done it. So yesterday I said if it wasnt fixed I would cancel my service.

No response so I attempted to cancel. Emailed and Spoke with someone on Live Support (first time anyone has ever been on). The gentleman told me he would pass the information onto billing and it would be canceled.

Yet I wake up this morning and what do you know? My credit card charged again. And there not responding to any emails.

They've got two days to refund it before I contact Visa and do a chargeback. ****ing crook companys.

And I forgot to mention. My two week old ticket that they never fixed and that started all the issues. Today it just magically dissapeared. All my other tickets fine except that one.

I got a response finally and they said they had some "techincall problems". And they just happen to delete that one negative ticket and nothing else? Right.
