I'm in trouble with cPanel, once it's accessed, it keeps telling me: "Internal Server Error Cannot dup STDIN at cpsrvd.pl line 1991."

I've asked three friends of mine about it, they've all looked and suggested reinstall and then system reload as the last choice.

So far I've run /scripts/upcp --force and /scripts/easyapache and I've searched in cPanel Forums and have performed suggestions in similar topics there, but there is no result.

a cPanel Reinstall has also been done but it didn't make any difference.

My upstream has suggested a system reload.

Also rpm --setugids `rpm -a`and rpm --setperms `rpm -a` have been run on the box and I believe we started seeing the errors after that although they should fix such problems and not result them.

Anyone has any idea?

System reload isn't neccessary however without actually seeing more details I can't say for sure the issue. I'd suggest putting a ticket in with our support desk attention Nick Nelson and I'll have one of our technicians look at it ASAP.

Sorry for the delay David,

The main problem was incorrect permissions on /dev/null and /dev and if I remember correctly /scripts/wwwacct as well.

I couldn't come to wht for a while unfortunately.
