Hi All,

There is 100mbps data line at my server. I have a 2mbps internet line at my home, when I try to download anything the line speed 90-100kbps. Also when I checking this server CPU usage 0,5%, so why my download speed isn’t almost 200kbps. Is there anything at apache configuration for limit the bandwidth?

try using a download accelerator. you'll practically never get your rated bandwidth using a single tcp stream.

If you can get 2mbps downstream with your "Internet line" at home, you should be able to get around 2048kbps (256kBps) when downloading a large file from apache on a 100mbps Internet connection while using very little CPU by apache.

I suspect that you don't have as fast as a connection as you thought at at least one end of your scenario.
