Find it hard to believe that a site can rise to PR7 in 2 months....especially a free image host site, something with lots of competition.

Just a warning to buyers: SEOing a site to a PR 7 takes thousands of links and lots of time. Having a PR7 in 2 months is very very very hard to believe. Though google page rank does show a PR7 there are easy ways to trick the google bot into giving you a higher PR and can/will result in being blacklisted from google.
I'm not saying thats what this user did. Having worked with some of the nations leading SEO's in person such as Brad Fallon and some of the guys from Internet Marketing Center, all I can say is this site was probably ranked using black hat SEO tricks and I believe most SEO's would agree.
And to the seller - I am very sorry if this is not the case. If it's not the case, do you mind telling us what you did to get it to a PR7?

You're correct in that's not the case here. The only way to "fake" a pagerank is through a 301 redirection... which you can tell by viewing the cache to see if it's the case (which you can see it isn't here) How I did it? By getting many high PR links in a few months....
