Give cacti.net a look. It's pretty indepth and may not be what you're looking for if you want something quick & simple.

MRTG/cacti/rrdtool/big brother/any of a million others on freshmeat. Are you looking to run it on linux, or windows?

Your host should provide you with a tool to monitor your usage, typically MRTG. If not Cacti is a good option for you.

there is always good old DU meter
will show you current bandwidth and how much used in the past day / week / month.
Not very detailed but does the job.

DU meter is not a reporting tool. It's a program that runs in the systray or with focus that shows you current traffic and totals. It does not chart bandwidth other than what's in the window.
There might be some sort of different program but it shows throughput totals.
Biggest point being it's a program that you use when logged in. it doesn't report like MRTG or any other.
As far as windows, any reporting program can chart windows. It makes a difference if the program itself is on windows or linux but I've yet to see one that can't run on a windows server. the reporting is just based on snmp so as long as that's enabled on the nic O/S doesn't stop it.
First you need to understand which is which. MRTG and RRDTool are not like cacti and other stuff. cacti USES rrdtool to gather the data and do the reporting. but they won't work either or.

If you want to run the stats collection on the windows box itself, I can only recommend MRTG, as I have not used anything else directly on windows. If, however, you want to run snmpd on the windows box as a service, and graph it from a *nix box, I would recommend cacti - nice and simple to set up.
