I need to accomplish two things, and I'm hoping that the helpful minds here at WHT will help me out with this!

1) Make the site more professional, better looking, and eye catching
I have had that same look for a while now. I wouldn't mind making some adjustments to make it look..well...different...

2) Make this free service (that is doling out generous resource limits) be more profitable by better ad placement and better keywords.
The site used to be making $100 a month just from AdSense ads on the web site. I now sell banner ads, text ads, and even have the google ads still there, and I am not nearly as profitable as before... ideas would be more than appreciated!

What if ... instead of information like this: "Our service is completely free, fast and offers tons of storage space."

Blast out right in the centre of the page with four emphasised points: free, fast, lots of space, and "sign up now". Arrange these four points so they look a bit like step 1, step 2, step 3, and step 4 -- this gets the message across. Perhaps add a few featured image files, too (if that's okay with your ToS), to entice users.

The Google ads really clutter the main page. I didn't see your 'CLICK HERE to get started!' link for a good 15 seconds after the page loaded and I started looking around. That is certainly not something that you want to happen. That link is the most important bit of text on your page. Never, ever let some dumb advertisement section conflict with what you truly want: signups.
