velaro or liveperson


Hi,
Anyone here who has tried both in production - and that would care to share their experiences?

....and dont just say "I love Live Person" - if you havent tried Velaro

I have used LivePerson, and it is very very good for the money. I like the easy of use, and also the features it provides. Only thing I do not like about it, is it is remotely hosted.

Also Velaro is good, but I think price wise you get more with LivePerson. I have used Velaro in the past and both will serve the purpose though. What are you more comfortable with is what it all boils down to.

Try the velaro demo. They offer a free trial on their site.

Liveperson is very expensive for the operator cost.

I've run both demos for a while now. Thats why I wanted to hear from someone using them on live websites.

Velaro actually called me up to hear if I had questions etc - that gave them a big plus in my books.
