I have been hosted by fuse9.net since the start of December 2005 (4 months)

At first there were the minor teething problems that can be expected.

Since this time i have nothing but great things to say about Fuse9. There staff are friendly informative and best of all know what they are talking about.

Support:
Support tickets during the week are answed within at least 30 minutes if not less. Issue is in most cases resolved within the hour. I have had a few teething problems concerning my sites lately and fuse9 went above and beyone with helping me get back on track.

They dont hesitate either if you have sites elsewhere to transfer them which to me is a great bonus considering i buy and sell websites weekly (if not Daily).

Mail has been running fine lately i had a few glitches with things not coming through but after contacting Darin he soon resolved this

Oh and my very first one to condsidering the amount of hosts i have used here and not one came up to the standard of fuse9 and no i wont name names.

Well im hoping VPS comes sooner rather than later if there support and friendly atttitude continue is as it is now then they should do well.

In response to the two statements above:

hello_x: we are infact planning to do dedicated servers however at this time we plan to announce them at HostingCON, we've been working on a automated server monitoring / security platform under which we will be able to offer managed type hosting for dedicated hosting prices.

KPRSolutions: We plan to roll out vps's in May / June. Currently in the process of working out pricing with SWsoft for Virtuozzo.

Great to hear Gene Not that at the moment i need a VPS but i do prefer the control over them than shared as i have said before you only learn getting your hands dirty.
