I am writing from Argentina, but I a VPS with DEHE.COM. The ip address of the VPS is 207.210.86.165. They have set for me the PTR records, the IP is not in any black list.
My email server: MailEnable has closed Relay configuration, etc.

I can reach INBOX of main free email servers like yahoo, gmail, etc. But HOTMAIL puts my emails in junk folder, I do not why. I have asked nocmail@microsoft.com and I have read hotmail policies of spam and all that but I have not been able to solve the problem so far.

Could you, experts, give me an advice in order to know from where should I start reading/asking/doing?

I had already read and matched with all MailEnable recommendations, and nothing. It seems like it is a frequently problem but I think I have done all they recommend and I still can not get the hotmail inbox.

perhaps you may wish to submit a support request to the Mailenable support on this and request them to take a look on your server. I have helped several users setup the Mailenable Pro/Ent and so far no issues with that.
