I took a look at Hyperspin because a lot of people were recommending it, but I am interested in a monitoring reseller plan that offers private labeling, billing, and support. Hyperspin didn't offer that. Anyone know of one?

Well have you looked in the offers section of WHT? You should get a set of a few providers and then get reviews on them. Do your research on the provider of choice, before making the plunge into one. Furthermore, your request is not too rare, and you should be able to find a provider that offers what you need. Remember these types of things are not cheap, so don't chose a provider based entirely on price.

I'm looking for something free, like Wild West Domains (or something close), but for uptime monitoring. I would just get a commission of referred sales.

So basically you want like an affiliate of a provider? If so, that is really not private label, and there is no need for billing software.

I didn't state that I was looking for billing software. I am looking for the monitoring company to offer billing and support to the end user.

Well if you are just reffering customers them, its still their customers, so its not really end-user. I think you are getting reseller, and affiliate mixed up in the match somewhere. Affiliates are basically sales reps for the company of choice. I may be a bit confused though.
