I'm interested in starting development of a new billing software, something comparable to what exists, but done much better (Better programming, support, etc).

The problem with everything that exists now is either 1) It's buggy 2) Lacks features 3) or has poor support.

Even the big guys like ModernBill, making millions of $$ per month, still have horrible support. It's not even what I would consider acceptable.

I have a core/design already built, but looking for other companies who might be interested in investing in the project.

I just need to clarify, at this time we are looking for financial investors, not people to provide support to a client-base, as its non-existent at this time.

Matt, are you requiring an NDA to share your business plan? I would be interested in seeing your projected rate of return/ROI, timeline and marketing strategy. I do a little small-cap investing from time to time, and being a ModernBill customer, I would be interested in seeing what you have in mind. Also, what monetary increments are you asking from investors?
