I was doing work for a guy, replacing his template. He was using that template as his first template ( http://members.lycos.co.uk/gfxfolio/digits/ ). Are you sure its unique???

Here is a convo of him saying that he gave the coded script to a guy, but never gave him the PSD and the guy ripped him off.
He is therefore selling a non-unique template!

1. I was created this design to ORDER by KOSTa - admin worlds-hosting.com
2. I sent it for him and he was promise me to pay next day.
3. I contacted with him in another day do give him my pp account number.
4. He said " Sorry...I cant buy if from you because I found better design"
5. So, I blocked him on MSN and going to sell this design because he dont have right to using it. Thats mean that it's unique !!

As long as someone else has the files, and is able to upload the "template" to the web than it's no longer unique.
You own the template, and someone else owns the template...
therefore its not unique.
