Lighthttp version of mod_rewrite?

Im not very technically minded about these kinds of things, But I've got lighthttp setup on my image hosting server, but In the future I'll be using an account system.
This account system requires mod_rewrite to limit the amount of bandwidth a user can use per month.

Any ideas?

Yeah Lighttpd has mod_rewrite. Read their documentation.
