Which one is cheaper?

Any one knows which domain provider offer the cheaper domains.
the provider should be honest and online for 2 more years.

Although it is probably not the cheapest, I would deffinatly recommend http://www.namecheap.com

others are new to me.

I'd like the one can be transferred to other providers and the dns setting works quickly.
