    Finding that car...

A long while ago I had a 1965 Ford Mustang project car that I ended up selling due to lack of time.

Now I have time, and can't seem to find another one anywhere near me. The 3 or 4 I've found have been in Florida, Georgia etc. Anyways, I haven't done much car shopping online, anyone have suggestions for classifieds that I can search by area/zipcode. I'm in the Northwest so classifieds specific to here would be great .
A well-reasoned assumption is very close to fact.

http://www.collectorcartraderonline.com/ (Part of autotrader.com... "collector car division", if you will. I think anything before the 80s.)

Go to your local gas station and pick up a copy of the Classic Car Trader magazine. A couple bucks and you're on your way.

Don't have a Classic Car Trader, but picked up AutoTrader among others... unfortunately the Internet is proving to be about as useful as those, which is to say, not very. I think I may have to do some waiting and/or traveling for the car .

Internet is very good for searches.... I just found 10 1965 mustangs in my short search at http://www.collectorcartraderonline.com/ . Of course this is in my area, NC. I had found another url at the store, but forgot it... when I go back I'll take my pda and write it down.

Good luck.... finding a nice car to rebuild can be a pain... but good pain in the end...

ps. one idea is to call body shops/small repair shops, etc and ask what a good publication might be for your area. dunno... just trying to help.
