Hi, I'm running VPS 256K
Every morning I found some tasks not ending in Apache

Srv PID Acc M CPU SS Req Conn Child Slot Host VHost Request

I restarted Apache and tried to reproduce the error, however the process go away and did not stuck processing.

Sometimes I can not logon to cpanel or WHM until I restart the services...

The script was hosted for months on a shared account, I did not ear any trouble from my hosting.

Is there a parameter to kill processes after some specific time...

Any advice I'm lost here

I did some research and Apache parameters looks ok to me.
Here are some Apache directives from my server related to performance:

TimeOut 300
KeepAliveRequests 100
KeepAliveTimeout 15
