Hi,

In a Plesk VPS, mails are not going out.

# /etc/init.d/qmail start
Starting qmail: [ OK ]
# /etc/init.d/qmail status
qmail is stopped
# ps aux|grep qmail
qmails 6819 0.0 0.0 1332 332 pts/0 S 02:50 0:00 qmail-send
qmaill 6882 0.0 0.0 1296 404 pts/0 S 02:50 0:00 splogger qmail

I tried to restart qmail, but is not working.

Can anyone tell where is location of qmail log files in Plesk ?

Any suggestions to get the problem fixed ?

Hi,

You can have a look at the maillogs at /var/log/ and /usr/local/psa/var/log . This will help you to find the right reason for this issue.

If you have qmailscanner that could cause this issue. /var/spool/qmailscan contains logs. Have a look at it.

Run the following command: /sbin/service qmail restart
