moving the majority of hosting to a new domain (
www.chatcircuit.net)
ChatcIRCuiT has been in the hosting business for 7 years (originally at
www.chatcircuit.com ) and has expanded into dedicated servers and managed care for our clients.
We are currently looking for a tech/helpdesk/sales experienced individual who has a minimum of two years of tech/helpdesk/sales experience, to offer a contracted recurring percentage of monthly net profit for all accounts current and newly acquired.
Requirements:
Full knowledge of CPanel/WHM configuration, upgrade, and maintenance.
Full knowledge of Ensim control panel
MySQL - coding and db maintenance and repair.
PHP - coding and security
Perl/CGI knowledge and security
Perldesk Ticketing System knowledge helpful
Redhat 7.2 - maintaining, updating, repair using SSH
Web Development - html, ssi, etc
Personable & Professional attitude - able to interact with clients and hostile clients.
Knowledge of sales techniques - advertising, forums, etc.
IRCD experience helpful
References from industry clients/employers required
Non Disclosure Agreement will be mandatory.
Like all hosting companies - long work hours will be required
