Have you tried using the search tool on WHT to find reviews on them? Also try out some directories aswell. I haven't seen any reviews on them, but you might have some luck using the above ways. Try TopHosts.com WHReviews, WebHostDir or many others to find reviews aswell. Good luck to you

Without checking the threads on S. my humble opinion is you won't get reliable hosting at that price....
