I have been very happy with them and their prices are amazing (several servers for quite a few months).

I'll second that recommendation for Layeredtech. I received good pricing and a good server from there.

Has anyone canceled a box on managed.com?
Hi, I'm wondering if any of you guys have canceled servers on managed.com recently.
I sent cancelation requests 2 weeks before the end of my billing cycle, and I received from billing "why am I canceling"(that means they received my cancelation notice), but they still charge me at the next billing cycle. I claimed them twice from 2 different email address, as well as I submit a tictet on their support system. No reply from them even I said "I'll do charge back".
After giving them enough chances(I gave them 24 hours to reply, but no reply until today), I immediately made a charge back request on my credit card company. The process is done in 1 week and now nothing I worry about.
I really wonder how they can do such a stupid thing. As a company managed.com has to very sensitive about charge back. They don't affraid bad record on their merchant account or what? Does anyone have similar experience with them recently?

I have one managed.com server
I want make OS restore.
I'm trying contact managed.com from 03/14/2006 without success
My tickets were closed, and from two days no reply for my two faxes where I sent authorization form $50 for restore OS. I have very important data on slave drive, I can even go to jail here.
I don't know what to do.

I am sorry to say this ,but if their HDD have burnt out or formated i think your heading towards jail but try to convince cops of what happened maybe they can help out a bit if its legal matter.
But i still see their site online and have this too written there : Want to run a trace route? Ping us at: 66.79.160.10

Why see if you arrange for them to send you the dedi, so you can try and fix the problem yourself if its that important? They will probably charge big fees, buts its worth it if the data that important
