Hi,

Im in the process of looking for a software application for customers to backup there websites.

I've only managed to find 'ResellerBackup' although their website has not been updated in ages, forums dead and it doesn't look the best of software.

So are there any other solutions out there? What do you guys use?

Im a Windows Host and use the excellent Helm Control Panel.

At the moment it doesn't have a backup facility but HEX (Helm Extensions) should have this very soon, if not that Helm will.

Oh, now I see. We used HELLM in the past. Your only hope is if Helm Extensions or some other 3rd-party company will make such a tool. Because Hellm team won't make it itself. It is so familiar situation with Helm when you must buy 3rd party software to get features that must be present in each good control panel by design, by default. You must buy Helm Tools, Helm Extensions, Helm Skins, Helm something-else-add-ons-or-tools and pay for all these things in addition to your Helm license, support plan, upgrade insurance etc. etc. etc.
