E-mail validation

Hi.

I was reading the posts on this forum for a month and I decided to join the forum.

The registration form is asking for my mail and I tried daniel_negrea(webhostingtalk)@yahoo.com but it was not allowed.

"(text)" is valid and ignored inside e-mail addresses and helps keeping track of the source of the received e-mails.

Maybe it will be possible in the future.

Question

You are right. I don't know what happened. Maybe too much clicks .

Here is another thing:
I made another post to another thread. I see now that there are 3 submision of this post + 1 post in another thread = 4 post. But is says that I made only 2 posts.

I wonder if submiting this post will change the number to 3 or to 5.

Well, the software that powers the forum is vbulletin, and most likely this is a vbull limitation. That isn't to say that it couldn't be hacked up (not entirely sure).
