I'm having an issue getting Macromedia Contribute to work on a clients site which I am hosting on my reseller account. I can get a connection for Contribute on my website but not for my clients website. Has anyone experienced this before and if so what was the solution?

I don't use Contribute, but I do have a question for you.

Are you the same person as "rockergrrl?" If not, you may want to change your name, because that can be kind of confusing.

No, I'm not the same person. Had no idea, as you can see that I joined not too long ago.

Do they share an IP address in common? As paid software, does Contribute lock the usage to one IP or domain?
