I have a $75/mo Nocster unmetered server from them (the cheapest 10Mbps plan I could find anywhere).
Hardware is good. root password got compromised for some reason after a few weeks; I did leave it at the randomly-generated one they provided me with, maybe it leaked on their end. They got it fixed fairly quickly though.
Network isn't the best but is decent at that price.

Not much of a complete site, but they do have an established name in the business, as I remember seeing them way back in the day when I first started hanging around WHT.

I did ask this question in here to see the answers I got. I know that if I didnt say anything at all, that was all I needed to say.
They are great. I have been with them on a dedicated server for 3 years or more. Very little if any downtime. And if there was any it was because of something major like a fiber cut or something.
The support, it is awesome. Within a few minutes of the first email, they are on it. They are a small company but with service like they have, I am sure they will be mentioned more on here in the future.
I would recommend them to anyone. All it takes is a few times and you will be hooked. They beat all the major hosting companies by far. Their example is the way a company should be run.

Since they resell for a few providers, burst.net being one that is a phrase to search. The company itself is very reputable.
